I just discovered your channel and love the natural excitement in your voice! One thing I noticed but I don't think you actually mentioned it, is that the sunflower is a superb companion plant to your cucumbers. They attract ants, and ants love to eat aphids, which seem to always find the cucumbers. One year I neglected to follow this and aphids were all over the cucumbers.

Good information to be awear of. My first garden and it is amazing so far. Just read books to get going but much rather see the video's and take notes. Then as I get my garden under way and do good with out come I'll be able to give my notes to my friend's to have there own little garden. It's wonderful to have fresh vegetables of all kinds. Kids will even like them too, ha Thank You and your helper for the insight of how to keep vegetables growing better. Mulching is my next task.
